The Fundraising Initiative of the Year will be judged upon the projects and initiatives put in place to raise funds, innovative approaches and the amount raised. We advise you provide user feedback to strengthen your application.

Pictures, initial project research findings, project management, patient and client feedback and videos will help each application. These can be included at the bottom of your application.

We strongly recommend that you write out your application on a word document before inputting into the form. If anything goes wrong you don't want to lose all your info and start again!
