Clinical Team of the Year

The Clinical team of the Year will be judged upon each applicant’s (2000 word max) entry statement. This category will be judged upon a team’s display of excellence in their specialist area.

This award is open to all clinical teams in Irish healthcare services nationwide.

Please include supporting documentation (visuals, photos, charts, etc) to strengthen your application.

We strongly recommend that you write out your application on a word document before inputting into the form. If anything goes wrong you don't want to lose all your info and start again!

Step 2. Your Application

In no more than 250 words, summarise why your clinical team deserves to win this award
Applicants will need to show examples of how the team in question produces high-quality results.
Information on the team’s effectiveness in their work, how well they work together, how teams are carefully chosen for successful collaboration and their ability to adapt and respond to changing conditions will strengthen your application.
Judges will want to hear of the team’s ability to solve problems and work together
Details on the team leader’s skills and achievements are essential and why he or she was chosen for the position and how they have identified areas for improvement and reallocated resources to do so.
Evidence of initiatives and systems they have introduced which are effective will help applicants improve their submission.
